  • Awful — don’t use

    I’m always getting put in share jail — but this never happened when I used the other app to share my closet , relist , etc. also — it shares things out of order a lot. And i spend more time trying to fix and promoting actions and it makes the money I spent pointless because i am investing just as much time if i were to do it myself. I will definitely be going back to the other app — sidekick. Support is also unhelpful.
  • Increased Seamless Sales

    This app has been a game changer. Im not wasting so much time mindlessly. Its doing everything for me. My sales have increased 500%. I felt stuck and thanks to this app Im perpetually moving!
  • I was told by app support to cancel subscription

    Buyers beware. I had been using SwiftSeller for probably two months. As a paying customer, up to that point, I was very satisfied with the product. It was working great- at first. However, I did something or something with my settings changed where I couldn’t get it to share the way it had always been sharing. So I contacted swift seller through the help email to get help to fix it. The person who responded to me tried explaining something that I wasn’t asking about. It was an obvious miscommunication. Even they said so. But instead of helping me- they gave me instructions on how to cancel my subscription and said there was nothing they could do. I am at a loss that this is the customer service that was provided. I was happy with the service. I didn’t want to cancel. I just needed help with my settings. But instead of getting help- I was told that I’m not wanted at a customer?! This is very sad. I cancelled my subscription and will go to Posh Sidekick. But buyers beware.

  • Great except one thing

    I love the app. It has gotten me many sales and I’m very happy with it overall however because of Posh’s recent update to not require a shipping discount I don’t feel like I should have to set one on this app for the “Offer to Recent Likers” feature. This app needs an update to add a “no discount” button for this setting. Otherwise I’m pleased with the app. Easy to use. Affordable. Extremely helpful.
  • Not all options work

    Only using 1 option from this app at a time and not worth the money. The other app I have is consistent and has never not worked as stated. I think I will finish this month and go back to the other app I have.

  • Doesn’t Work and Unwilling To Help

    I had trouble with this app from the start but really wanted to love it. I requested help and they told me they didn’t have time to address my issues and if it didn’t work for me to just request a refund. I did request a refund and they denied it. Very disappointed in this app and the rudeness of the customer service.

    This customer had an issue in the app that's affecting only a couple of people. I mentioned in the email I'm unable to investigate low-priority issues affecting very few people. You have to keep in mind I am one guy working on SwiftSeller so I have to partition my time on tasks that require the most attention. If I am unable to look into an issue and resolve it immediately, I will let them know I am unable to look into this right now, so it's best that they ask Apple for a refund. This is just me being upfront with them about the reality at hand as I don't want to make false promises. I have no other option. Regarding the refund, Apple has an automated system that handles all refund requests and they reserve the right to deny refunds at their discretion. Apple does not give us the ability to grant refunds or access payment histories for our customers, this is just the structure of the App Store. If the user has their refund denied, they can always reach out to me in our email thread with a screenshot of their receipt and let me know of Apple's decision and we can continue working to resolve this. This customer did not do that, but that channel is always open to them.
  • We let it run out...sales changed a lot

    We let our subscription run out. Sales dropped to 1-3 per day. No one was making offers in the background to the people who like our items each hour. I resumed our subscription and we went from one order to nine the following day. Worth the cost.

    I’ve been loving this app so far. It’s easy to navigate and I’ve gotten lots of sales!
