Cannot see save on my phone as the page does not fit (iPhone) try to scroll up and you change something.
Why do I have two languages? I select and want English, but the rooms are in Spanish or Portuguese?

Absolute detest this app. Has a mind of its own. Wanted to turn the heating up a notch yesterday, so it has automatically put the heating on to manual and now running outside the usual hours. So 4am in the morning and the house is like an oven. Not what I wanted at all. It’s too flipping clever for its own good and makes my bills bigger. Only way for me to run it is to switch it off and on manually.

Works fine and it’s very simple
All I need it was app to control my hot water and heating remotely, bought house with Baxi boiler so I just got the new smart thermostat paid for setup with my boiler and since then I am out of country but I can control heating and hot water, only thing not there is water pressure but I have camera in front of boiler so can see water pressure in system! I was a bit sceptical about this app as it only has 2.6 star but it works well!

Easy to use
This is second house we have used Baxi for heating and hot water. Never let’s us down and we can control heating when away from home. Sometimes on way home we will turn heating up so it’s cosy when we get there. Great system and so simple to use.

New App does not let you create an account.
There is a problem with creating a new account and logging in. Needs looking at the new app.
Useless
Suddenly unable to access heating dashboard for days due to error message saying ‘something went wrong. Try again later’. When app does work you have to double check it has registered the temperature currently when you manually adjust as sometimes it doesn’t register properly.
App failed to open
The new app failed. No screen opened not even directly from the App Store just a black screen
Tried to contact baxi. 15 mins on the phone.. no answer.

Very poor. Just have to wait for someone at baxi to spot the fault!!

This app does not work
The old app worked fine. The new one does not seem to communicate with the thermostat and no error is given. I’ve tried to download the old app and it tells me to download the new app. I am really cheesed off!
