App is good.
The app is good and allows for remote working of the boiler but it still needs a few tweaks I believe to make it a little more modern. There is one issue at the moment I have 3 different schedules set up but if I change to a different one the time doesn’t update immediately on the main screen that shows the temperature and scheduling. Correct this and we are nearly there.

New Baxi app
Like previous reviewer I tried to change temperature when out and about. Had to install new app which meant I had to create a new account. Long story short it didn’t work. Tried calling Baxi but as it was after 2pm on Saturday there’s no support. Very poor.
Why not allow people notice period by which old app will still function giving people time to plan for the change rather than abruptly doing away with it?

Useless! Does not connect to thermostat.
Since switching to the new Baxi app, I have had no connection to my thermostat via my phone. No help at all in the FAQ section on Baxi site. No longer able to switch the heating on and warm the house before returning home. Old app was way better. Very poor “update” from Baxi.
Terrible app supposed to be an “update”
When you switch your heating “off” it’s switches on, heating the place full blast!!! In a cost of living crisis when we are all worried about energy bills this proves to be a costly bug in an app!!!! I will be contacting Baxi if I can get details. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
App useless
I tried to turn on my heating at the airport on my way home to find my original baxi app no longer worked and directed to”my baxi app download” - after downloading and installing the app and resetting my password twice and trying to get the app working it decided it needed to pair with the thermostat so came home to a cold house - next day I paired the app with the thermostat- clicked “Next” and it took me back to start - this kept happening so I’m thinking I may need to delete my account, password app and start again from scratch - absolute pain 😩😩😩😩
