I can see that in the App Store the latest is ver 2.1.4. My app says System version 1.3.0 and it’s not giving me an update option

iPhone Bluetooth Error
This app asks to remove/forget the watch in the Bluetooth settings. The watch is not listed, and I'm unable to pair the watch. Please help to resolve this issue, LV.
What just happened
My watch just stopped working, can’t connect to the app and the app won’t let me do anything. What did this update do? You broke my watch which was working fine a few hours ago.
Glitchy. Useless.
Never wants to work. Literally so infuriating. $3k on a horizon speaker only for everything to be bull.

Definitely buy the watch, software works too
I read these reviews of the software after I bought the watch at LV. I noticed all these negative 1 star reviews (to be fair they’re over a year old) I bought mine May 2023.
If you charge the watch first thing, it’ll automatically turn on (mine had 80% brand new). I dl’ed and installed this software, followed the simple step by step instructions on this app (making sure WiFi was available to me) and the setup took maybe 10 minutes tops.
Don’t listen to these 1 star reviews, the watch is great and the software as well!

LV smart watches don’t buy
You pay a lot of money for a Watch’s that stops working pretty soon and they don’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your money overpaying just buy an Apple Watch.
I am EVERYTHING LV
I am so loyal to this brand. I have some of the most unique pieces. But this watch is the worst. I spend 30 mins everyday trying to connect or reconnect. It never just works automatically. I have to uninstall the app. Shut my phone down. Every combination in the book to try to get it to connect. 1 outta every 10 times it does. The rest of the time it sits on my dresser. And there is NO ONE that can or will help. Bad idea LV to develop a product u can’t support.
