  • Agreed WORST watch AND support service

    I agree with the comment on worst watch and waste of money! Can’t connect at all to an iPhone 14 and it’s made for iPhone? NO just don’t waste your money! Customer support is even worse! Give a list and follow the list with videos and screenshots and still oh you must need help troubleshooting. I cannot stand people who read from a script then treat a customer like they’re stupid! DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH! May be pretty to look at yet the watch is the IDIOT!

  • Worst Watch

    Be aware. I will never recommend this product at all. I bought V3 watch and it’s very frustrating. First the watch stopped working then we went to LV store and they told us that it was just the charger which I do not believe at all. Now I can’t even pair my watch to any types of phone. It is very annoying to use as well. I cannot get any notifications like text and call. I wore them because it is pretty but technology wise? Nope! Definitely the worst one made ever! I want to return this item and they refuse and I told them how about trading this in? Refuse as well. Bad bad bad bad item! Never again! I wasted $4879 total!

  • Works Great With My Light Up

    —— Connected perfectly with my LV Light Up. The app is well laid out, provides plenty of options and has helpful tutorial videos and FAQs. Notifications passed to the watch perfectly and the app allows you to select which ones you want or which ones to ignore (only caveat being, you have to get at least one notification from each app first before it shows up in the list to disable). —— The ability to import boarding passes from Apple Wallet is absolutely killer. It worked perfectly and kept my Light Up updated with my constantly changing gates. The Light Up showed me when and where to board (with a handy countdown showing how much time I had left), after takeoff it showed me how much flight time was remaining and, after landing, it showed me what gate my luggage was at. It has been the standout function of the watch and it relied on the rock-solid connection this app provides. ——

    Just got an update to my watch that allows me to use the app to customize a fifth mode called “My Mode”. Great new feature!

  • Tdlr: it’s ok

    Sometimes the app would not recognize the watch and I’d have to disconnect and reset. I done this quite a few times since buying the watch. Also, we need wayyyy more watch faces.
  • Text alerts

    Text alerts are still not working. Your support agent said this would be resolved by the end of March. Is there a new ETA?
  • I wish I could return this LV Connect watch…

    I should have known that this was a bad purchase when I heard that the app was created/managed in house… right now I cannot even get the weather. I just reset my watch and cannot connect to the server due to an SSL issue which from my field of work (software engineering) is a simple SSL certificate that needs to be replaced for it to have a secure connection. This issue should not have occurred if the app was managed properly. But I guess that’s what you get for the company not being technologically up to par with actual tech companies like apple or android. Sad… I wish I could return this watch and delete this app 😞

    Pretty rude of Louis Vuitton to make the 2nd GM tambour horizon incompatible with this app or the new watch faces

    App always losing connectivity
  • Still no text notifications

    I am not happy about this purchase. I can’t get email notifications or text notifications. The Application section is just not explained well. I have contacted LV multiple times and I can’t get a call back or just just speak with a technician that knows about the watch technology. Very frustrated If I don’t get a call back I will return this expensive watch that looks pretty with all the cool lights but does not stand up to what bill of goods and technology it’s supposed to have.

  • I stand corrected

    A short while ago, I gave this app a “1 star” rating, as I literally attempted to connect my Light Up watch to my iPhone 12 Pro a good 100 times without success. I searched Google and learned of an update that was published less than 24 hours ago. I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. Restarted the watch and the phone and on attempt number 101: SUCCESS !!! Everything seems to be working fine. Right now, watch is doing an automatic update. I’ll be tinkering a few more hours, but I’m retracting my previous review. If anyone is having an issue, reach out to me. Because I hate waiting !!!
