The wait is worth it
Shipping takes too long. However, my shoes arrived and I loved them, the presentation, the packaging, the material... and the customer service, they were attentive to my concerns and in constant contact with me 👏🏼
They don’t send me the products
It’s almost a month, and I pay additional for having my shoes between 1-2 days… and I don’t have my package in this month… I don’t recommend the app or the store.

Do not buy from here if you need things in limited time. They take forever to ship and do not answer emails. Also The return process is difficult and costly. $30 dollars to return shoes, i will not be shopping with this site again.

Clunky UI
I had to get the app as the mobile site was not allowing me to filter footwear sizes as the sizes weren’t scrollable and 3/4ths of the sizes were cut off by the filter menu and phone screen.
The app is ok but it’s could use improvements. For starters, I’ve tried so hard to find a “view all” button. Im not trying to find a specific shoe like sandals, heels, boots, etc I’m just trying to browse through the total collection. Secondly, the size filter isn’t even in numerical order. Why is 10 before 11 and 11 is after 5?
Lastly, y’all would make a killing offering more breadth in wide width shoes. There is maybe 3 stores that carry cute wide shoes so I emplor you to really capitalize on this massive gap in the market. I found yalls brand via ASOS and will just continue to buy through them if you can’t carry enough of a variety and stock in these sizes within your own shop

Trying to return part of my parcel and public desire are telling me that I have not got the correct order number when it’s the one they’ve given me on my email!

This site is great, only thing is my size is out of stock in almost all of the shoes I want! That’s the only reason it’s not 5 stars.
