Oh em gee. YES!! FINALLY an app that’s not all caught up in diet culture! I am LOVING it! Lyndi is such an incredible breath of fresh air, and her mindset tips are so spot on. I’m enjoying all the recipes I’ve made so far (they’re also super yum & easy to make), and love tuning into the exercise classes on my lunch break (from the comfort of my own home too). Thank you lyndi and team! Love it xx

Loving this app!

Guys, I am loving this app! I’ve always loved and respected Lyndi’s anti-diet approach to healthy eating and living a balanced, healthy life. Her recipes on Back to Basics are great weekday options - no fuss, simple recipes with VERY reasonable ingredients lists (think the opposite of those intimidating mile long Ottolenghi ingredients lists - iykyk). Lyndi has truly got your back here! All the ingredients she uses are widely accessible and easy to find in a supermarket.

And you know how they say energy is infectious? Well, this is so true in regards to the amazing group of movement instructors Lyndi has picked for her app. They exude joy and it’s hard to not get swept up in it whilst you’re moving alongside (and who wouldn’t want that)!

I’d recommend this app to anyone starting out on their fitness or health journey, or recovering from unwanted eating habbits. It’s a great way to heal your relationship with food, and Lyndi’s made it even more easy and convenient for you with an organised app and satisfying user interface. And even if you’re not starting out, you might just be sick of all the BS diet advice that’s circulating. Hop on here, it’s a safe haven that’s refreshing to come back to when you’re exhausted at the sight of another low carb noodle alternative.

Great recipes and easy meal prep

Back to Basics was pretty easy for me to use because it automatically suggests meals to cook each day.

The recipes are great tasting and quick to make too. It integrates with online shopping too, so you can just tap the ingredients on the recipe to get them delivered.

There’s a lot of content as well for fitness and how to eat healthy without being on a restrictive diet.

I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to start making quick, healthy, and delicious meals at home.

Everyone should try this app

I’ve been using Back to Basics for almost a year now, and have so many great things to say about the dietitian approved recipes - many are now staples in our home. The app is beautiful and intuitive. It’s so easy to access all this information on the go. I recommend for anyone who is looking for an affordable way to get qualified nutrition and exercise advice. In a world where most things “health” are over complicated nonsense that only burdens people, Back to Basics simplifies eating and moving and makes being truly healthy & feeling good achievable and easy.
