I decided to start this challenge to build my muscles and strength at 52 years of age. I have found that, even after only 2 weeks, I am noticing improvements. The Pilates, hiit challenges, yoga, and dance workouts are engaging and effective. You feel as though you are with the instructor in a one on one session in the comfort of your own home. The recipes are easy to shop for, to follow and reproduce. They are, most importantly, delicious!
I’ll definitely keep going in this challenge -building strength, toning my body, and increasing in confidence. It really does make a difference very quickly. Thank you Sam for creating this program which is so easily accessible in every way.
