  • 28 day challenge- 2 weeks in

    I decided to start this challenge to build my muscles and strength at 52 years of age. I have found that, even after only 2 weeks, I am noticing improvements. The Pilates, hiit challenges, yoga, and dance workouts are engaging and effective. You feel as though you are with the instructor in a one on one session in the comfort of your own home. The recipes are easy to shop for, to follow and reproduce. They are, most importantly, delicious!
    I’ll definitely keep going in this challenge -building strength, toning my body, and increasing in confidence. It really does make a difference very quickly. Thank you Sam for creating this program which is so easily accessible in every way.

    Do not sign up for the 8 week challenge - 3 months later they will scam you out of more money
  • Scam with hidden auto renewal

    The content is weak unless you want banal commentary coming at you every day. They hit you with auto renewal fees with no reminders and conveniently buried away in terms. Stay away.
  • Sam Understands…..

    I have tried it all, Sam’s app is the best I have found myself trying. He has made it so simple which is perfect for the over-whelmed, over-thinker, over-trying, over-weight, over-worked, over-life…..he has captured the headspace of where I have found myself and stayed stuck there for a long time and he has gently but loosely laid a simple path to pull me out. To be honest I can’t stick to anything and this 8 week program was no different except….i moved more - way more….i am buying way more vegetables and feeding my family very differently to what i was 8 weeks ago, i have removed all the pressure and self hate talk, and just said yes to the 3 simple steps - move - eat well - rest/relax
    So I will sign up again and take my new habits into the program to work it like it is intended. This isn’t a quick fix or temporary assignment this is life changing habits that will take you to your goal eventually - hoping that goal isn’t a number on the scale or on your clothing tags but rather a more wholistic flexible, fitter, energetic, bigger dreamer, positive human being that you get to do life in. YOLO - choose you.

  • Loving life again

    Honestly hand on heart, I’m 4 weeks in, and this program has helped me find my happy place again. I’m actually enjoying eating real food again and meal prepping. Iv stopped eating a packet of chocolate biscuits or a bag of chocolate and now I eat healthy hearty delicious meals. My hormones feels balanced, my mind isn’t over saturated with stress, I feel mentally resolved. Im actually using the workouts and incorporating them into my gym sessions. On the days I can’t be bothered hitting the gym or need a rest iv been hitting my 10k steps or doing an at home yoga, Pilates or low impact workout. I’m really enjoying life again. App is easy to use, the FAQs answered any questions I had. Il be staying on for another round. Feeling stronger everyday 💪

  • Could this be PERFECT for me?

    This has been the most unexpected pleasure to use. I didn't expect much so i didn't get disappointed. I just wasn't ready for the best nights sleep I had in years after the first evening of meditation. That alone paid for my subscription. The recipes are scrumptious. Its food i want to make and definitely eat. Its also food i can make for loved ones. NOTE; I woke up today refreshed and unexpectedly finished jobs outside the home, things i meant to do for a long while…but was too bogged down emotionally & mentally; you see, i thought it was a physical problem with me for way too long. I get so many requests to do things for others and i don't make time for me. I now make time for me, because i feel better for it. This journey has been so good…and it can only get better with time. Its a lifestyle change; and a mind, body and a soul rework. I changed one thing in my life, getting 28, and things are improving. Life isn't on repeat day after day; year after year. Thank you to the 28 family. Things are changing and i love this. 🩷❤️🧡

    STILL LOVE this app! Love that I don’t need to worry about what I’m wearing or what I look like & I can still workout....when it fits in with everything else. I can do different types of workouts & as many as I have time for. Sam explains & demonstrates the exercises well & it’s easy to go at my own pace & even pause him if needs be. My meals are mapped out but flexible -I can swap meals around depending on my pantry /fridge stock & they’ve all been delicious to the point of other family members enjoying them too! Lots of motivational stuff too It’s all great! I love it-keeps me accountable & enables me to connect with & encourage others out there in the real world ❣️
