  • The lifestyle you didn’t know you needed

    This program is fantastic! It’s realistic, it’s easy to do and it is always evolving to change and keep trying new things. The recipes are easy to make and so tasty. The support is fantastic and it has a great community which is more like family and friends. It’s up to you to choose the outcome you want! Love it!!

  • One of the best apps I’ve used

    This program is excellent and easy to follow. The app is easy to use and the website has extra details for you to go deeper and unlock the huge data base of food recipes, work outs and eduction.
    The program essentially is 7days of work outs for 28mins. There are options to swap out the “work out” for the day - I liked to swap to yoga on stressful work days.
    Paired with a great nutritional food plan that you can easily swap out for other meals. Shopping list makes the weekly shop very easy.
    Over all a very easy app/program to follow. Lots of encouragement from Sam and super positivity. I work u usual hours which made commuting to a gym was hard, this was an excellent, affordable alternative which my partner and I are enjoying immensely.

  • Quality App

    This app is truly empowering. Once you’ve entered your goals and stats, the app tailors a program for you. In the ‘program’ tab you are able to view your daily delicious meals and your workout. Once clicking on the image you are given the full recipes/workout, equipment required and a preview of each exercise. Then you can swipe to tick completed, or swap recipe or serving size!
    In the ‘locker’ area you find a recipe section, a mind and a training section. So many mind set articles and videos along with meditations and yoga and Pilates workouts!
    This app covers everything! Do yourself a favour and get the health you deserve with the help of this wonderful app.

    I have done practically every diet out there and it always the same story super motivated by all the products they are selling loose bit weight hit my weight loss goals then go back to old ways. Not with Sam!! This program has taught me progress not perfection. The program support and advice is outstanding it’s like they just know what I’m thinking and wake up to a email with practical advice. The work outs are tailored to suite everyone and the food is amazing I’m a fussy eater and I can always find something to eat. I’m learning how to eat, learning how to exercise and learning how to take care of myself. With all that happening I have lost weight and gained energy, I’m setting myself up for a life time of achievement

    This is the best exercise and eating/lifestyle regime I’ve ever come across. Tailored to your fitness level, this app gives you a huge variety of meals that don’t leave you feeling hungry throughout the day, where you have the option to swap out if you’re not feeling it. Oh, and there are also little treats too! A shopping list you can tick off as you grab your groceries. 28 minute workouts that push you in a good way and use your whole body, where you don’t need gym equipment if you don’t have it. I’d recommend this to ANYBODY interested in having delicious healthy meals at your fingertips with a variety of workouts and options from beginner to advanced to get you feeling fit and healthy! It’s really opened by eyes to what a lifestyle change it is. I feel more energetic and more motivated than I have in a long time. And I finally understand what a balanced diet means, and entails! I can not recommend this highly enough 10/10

  • 28 is all it takes 💪🏼

    I have tried almost every weight loss program imaginable. However, generally quit after a few weeks. This program gets to the psychology behind the failures. I have been on this program for almost 4 months and have experienced many changes.. mentally, physically and holistically.
    Firstly, the exercise.. I do not like exercise.. but it’s only 28 mins a day.. but this program makes it easy, and you progress in your own time..
    The food and recipes are extremely simple, filling and delicious. It has a very easy menu selector and converts to a shopping list. Very Simple. Takes the hard work away that can become overwhelming and ultimately leads to makes quitting.
    The community are supportive, inspiring and encouraging. And most of all Sam and his beautiful little family keep it real and make you feel normal.
    App is easy to use.. this program is a must 🙏♥️

  • Best experience ever!

    I started the program in February 2020 after I’ve known about Sam Wood’s program through sponsored Facebook ads that regularly popped up in my Facebook feed. Finally tgat Sunday Feb 2nd U had enough of feeling lethargic...I’ve put 9kg on over 2 years in drinking too much wine, eating a lot of protein at late hours and lack of exercise plus hectic in the job. I dived right into the program and never looked back since. I’ve failed every gym membership after an enthusiastic start...but not 28 by Sam Wood! I live his approach of “Progression” NOT “Perfection” it takes away the artificial pressure of beeing super woman that ends in disappointment and giving up going back to old bad habits. My husband and friends are impressed how well I cooped to go through the Covid18 crisis to date eorking from home...and I akways refer to the program.

    Thank you Sam and Team. You are inspiring people that change and touch many peoples life! The software behind the program is genius and clever!

  • Top for Convenience and results

    I love this program. Instead of wasting half an hour driving to and from the gym and spending $$$ on gym clothes just use those 28 minutes to do your work out in the comfort and convenience of your own home. No one to judge, so who cares how you look and just give every exercise your best crack. Remember progress not perfection! Spend those $ buying some weights and gym equipment that get results (and look more toned in those gym clothes that you will probably still buy🤦‍♀️). I had a personal trainer for seven years and am now achieving the same results from this program. I wish this program had been around when I had small children but anyway now I’m an empty nester I just have small dogs but they appreciate me being at home doing 28 and not racing off to a gym when I finish work. Not to mention Sam Woods just seems like a decent Aussie bloke and we all appreciate that! Thanks 28.
