Top for Convenience and results
I love this program. Instead of wasting half an hour driving to and from the gym and spending $$$ on gym clothes just use those 28 minutes to do your work out in the comfort and convenience of your own home. No one to judge, so who cares how you look and just give every exercise your best crack. Remember progress not perfection! Spend those $ buying some weights and gym equipment that get results (and look more toned in those gym clothes that you will probably still buy🤦♀️). I had a personal trainer for seven years and am now achieving the same results from this program. I wish this program had been around when I had small children but anyway now I’m an empty nester I just have small dogs but they appreciate me being at home doing 28 and not racing off to a gym when I finish work. Not to mention Sam Woods just seems like a decent Aussie bloke and we all appreciate that! Thanks 28.

Fantastic program
This isn’t just a fitness program, it’s a holistic, lifestyle program. Daily workouts for all levels of fitness , quick healthy, tasty meals, mindfulness and education. It’s easy to follow, great value for money and has lots of support available and it can be done from the comfort of your own home. I lost 56kg and have been doing it now for three years. It is constantly evolving and Sam is always looking for new ways to keep you motivated and challenged. From couch potato to now living an active, healthy, balanced life I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking to change their life.

Fantastic program & support network
Unlike most other programs, 28 focuses on nutrition, exercise & mental health. It’s holistic approach shifts mindsets and I would think is the key to the success of so many. The amazingly supportive Facebook community is also integral in this.
The iPhone app is terrific - sometimes a little slow to load but packed full of fantastic features that are obviously designed to appeal to the different personalities of participants.

By far the best programme
Yes it restricts calories as any weight loss programme, however what sets this apart is the focus on delicious, flavourful nutritious whole foods, I haven’t come across a programme that does this to this extent. When you’re restricting calories, it’s so important to make sure that those calories work extra hard to provide the nutrition your body needs to not only lose weight, but be truly healthy and feel amazing. All the recipes pack a punch in the nutrition stakes and have so much delicious flavour, it makes it so much easier to stick to.
The workouts are fantastic, entirely customisable, the lessons along the way really valuable, it’s even got me into meditation. And I find Sam’s approach of gentle, respectful but straight talking, his huge respect for his clients (with a healthy dose of girl power!) really encouraging.

28 by Sam Wood is a life changer. The programme provides everything you need and heaps of support, but you can build into the programme if you need to as it’s fully customised to each individual. I turned up to 28 for the daily exercises but I’ll stay for the food and meditations. Woo!
Fantastic programme
Yes you have to pay for the programme but it’s oh so worth it. Yes you have to do it for it to work but it’s only 28 minutes a day and the food is fabulous. Go for it

Easy and fun to follow. Food and workouts vary a lot, so you don’t get bored and the tone is supportive and upbeat. Very easy do from the home. My son loves ticking off the workouts after I’ve done them!
Great app for new mums
I am 5 month PP and was looking for something that I could realistically do and look after my beautiful girl together in harmony. The app really works for us so far and from an exercise point of view I feed my daughter first thing and then do my workout straight away while she plays next to me. The food has also been great and I really feel like I am nourishing me and my daughter. As someone who exclusively breastfeeds I have felt fuller following the meal plan (with a snack) than before and I haven’t craved any processed or refined sugar since starting. Highly recommend for mums as I genuinely feel that Sam and the team have developed a great program (a realistic one) to help you recover and get your strength back following birth 😊

Love the program, love the App, easy to follow and easy to maintain. Food is fantastic - food bills have gone down, energy levels have gone up. Kids love to join in too and they crave Sam smoothie’s. Thanks Sam
