It doesn’t work
I created the account and when it finishes, I find myself staring at a white page, and it doesn’t do anything. You cannot close it or reset it. I tried erasing the app and reinstall it but it didn’t work…moongoddess15

Hi moongoddess15, We are sorry to hear that this incident has affected you and caused you frustration while using Cyclic. We have been monitoring this failure on the days following the last update and have been working to have this fixed ASAP. However, Apple reviews every mobile app before a new release and it took longer than we anticipated (14 days, previous review time was 48h maximum). A new update has been released yesterday, please update Cyclic and you should be able to use it with no issues. Even though our journey together has started with some bumps, we hope that can still be together for a long time. After downloading the update, if you are happy with what you see, we would appreciate if you could reevaluate this review, as they are very important for us. You asked and you were listened to! Cyclic is now available in 4 different languages: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. If you are a new user, you can select the language on our welcome screen. Otherwise, go to Settings -> Language -> select your preferred language. We are introducing a new feature, where you can see the current moon phase on your Home screen. For menstruating users, you can learn about your moon cycle when you insert a new period. For menopausal users, in your home screen you’ll see the moon phase and what influences such phase will bring to your days. So that, you can learn more about your mood, energy level and so on. We also have made some changes to our Welcome screen, to prevent frustration around “sign in” and “sign up” wording. You may notice some slight changes on date pickers. Hopefully not!
