Hi moongoddess15, We are sorry to hear that this incident has affected you and caused you frustration while using Cyclic. We have been monitoring this failure on the days following the last update and have been working to have this fixed ASAP. However, Apple reviews every mobile app before a new release and it took longer than we anticipated (14 days, previous review time was 48h maximum). A new update has been released yesterday, please update Cyclic and you should be able to use it with no issues. Even though our journey together has started with some bumps, we hope that can still be together for a long time. After downloading the update, if you are happy with what you see, we would appreciate if you could reevaluate this review, as they are very important for us.
