Great Idea, but something is wrong
Feeling frustrated that this is the only app that I have access to for certain communications with school related activities and more than half the time I can’t even log in. It kicks me out but I cannot log back in and miss out on real time questions / coordination because it constantly tells me “something went wrong”. Is this being looked at by anyone, or is an update coming upcoming that will address these issues? Reading through comments it appears this is a wide spread problem.Show lessAbczyx!

Multiple times a day, the app freezes or doesn’t recognize my account or location. I have to completely delete the app, reinstall it, and login again. What is going on?! Very frustrating.NewBiker

Why does it not open the group chats? It looks like it’s loading and will stay on that blinking screen forever!!!!! The other parents keep telling me to close the app to refresh it but it’s not working. I wish the school would use something else that isn’t so archaic. I feel like I’m back in the 1900’s using dial-up internet with how much this stalls. So FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!Show lessPagemom5&

When i’m trying to read messages in a group chat i have to reload the page every time, there’s no profile pictures, no replying to messages, not being able to @ people, and not being able to react to messages.Gorilla Skull

I have so appreciated this tool as an effective way to communicate in our school. I love it as an educator but even more as a parent. So tired of all of the apps, the different teachers and administrators want us to download so we could stay informed. I’m tired of schools pushing my kids to social media if they want to know what’s happening at the school. It’s time schools get on board and buy an app like this that is comprehensive and communicates with all stakeholders. I really appreciate the development group and they’re openness to feedback. I know it’s fairly new but it’s amazing. All schools need to take a look at this. Get their heads out of the sand about appropriate school communication tools!Show lessBullceazy28164
