App won’t load anything just black screen!

Paid for the “Elite” subscription and nothing on the app works. It’s been 2 months.
Doesn’t work
I can’t even open the app after paying for the subscription! I have tried re-installing and everything and it will pop up for a second, act like it’s loading, then close out. And it just keeps doing that.
