Need to update the bugs
I love this app and have got enough few nice boxes. But lately this app needs to be updated because it will not let me click on anything and for the campaigns they have available click on it, but it won’t let you get past the first page I have deleted and re-downloaded the app and still nothing. Please have this checked out ASAP don’t want to continue to miss out on nice boxes.Xavier’s Mom19

Love Gratsy!
Absolutely love being a part of Gratsy and getting to try their amazing themed sample boxes! Always so much fun and as easy as answering a few questions on the app when a new box comes around and then waiting for it to show up in the mailbox. There have been boxes for the kids, our family pet, and sometimes it’s a box just for me. Unboxing is always exciting and full of surprises to try out. We’ve enjoyed everything about being a part of the Gratsy community even the opportunity to share our thoughts on the products featured in the sample boxes. Looking forward to being a part of the Gratsy community for as long as they’ll have us🙂the AfterGlow
Offers show after their gone
This app could be great and they have great offers-when you can grab them. Unfortunately, the past 3 offers didn’t show up until days later after they were gone. I tried deleting the app, clearing the history, and restarting my phone all to no avail.Ilm2k
Love it but there’s a flaw
I’ve received maybe 3-4 boxes from them since I’ve joined and I’ve loved every single one of them. The only problem that I have with this app is that majority of the time some people will get the first grabs to whatever box is available and it wont appear on my app until maybe hours or days later, meaning that i can’t fill out the survey to see if I would be able to get it or not. It’s happened on multiple occasions and I think they need to fix that for everyone. Make it sync with everyone’s app at the same time and whoever is qualified for the box then they will be accepted for it. So many boxes I would have loved to get but I wouldn’t get the box on my app until it’s all claimed. I hate that I never get notifications if there’s a box available also even if I have my notifications turned on. Other than that, I love sharing the boxes that I get from them. They’re fun to open to see what’s inside. A nice treat!StudentLife4Me

Hardly ever any offers or they’re out before notification
I’ve been signed up for 6+ months and have only received 1 offer. All the others send notification and I click on it instantly and they’re always gone. Pretty disappointing that there isn’t a way to cycle through participants. I tried to submit feedback too and there was no way to contact. This review seems to be the only way to communicate the issue/concern.Starrrgh
