Good for sharing workouts and tracking
Supports lots of training types. I record a lot of rowing workouts through here as well as my strength work. Our crew created a squad so it’s easy for our coach to post our sessions. Would like support for Watts though please developers !
Easy to use and great for keeping accountable
Got this last year to track my training. Most apps are good at strength, or cardio, not both. I do a lot of different workout types and can track them all easily here.
It’s also neat being able to follow my friends’ training journals and train in squads (with my weightlifting coach + buddies).
The new features allowing me to swap between kgs & lbs are a nice touch.

Easy to use. One place for me to log all sorts of training I like to do. Regular feature improvements as well which is good to see
