How to install

I just purchased the app. App Store showed the app is ”purchased”, but there is nowhere to find the “install” or the app shows on the watch app list.

This is a issue of App Store but we have a solution 😉 1) Open the App Store on your Apple Watch. 2) Scroll all the way to the bottom, tap Account, then tap Purchased. 3) Tap My Purchases. 4) Tap the download button to reinstall tuner app ☺️

Something seems backwards?

I've really liked using this up until latest update. I'm not sure if it's because of switch from bottom to top for reading, but it seems like rather than mirroring, it's been shifted around in a circle, which makes readings backwards to previous? Also, seems to have like a note between notes reading?

This will break a string instrument lol. The Notes shown are not correct for me on Apple Watch Ultra

Where's My App?!?

I just purchased, and your app page shows that I purchased. Yet it is not listed in my purchased apps or downloaded to my my phone or my watch.

App disappeared synced to new phone

App says purchased but will not install. I see others have had the same problem but I can’t find the solution. Otherwise works fine

DID NOT WORK!!!!

Didn’t work and my 2 requests for a refund rejected. NOT HAPPY. Buyer beware!!

App won’t install

I was really excited to try the app. I meet all the installation requirements, but the app doesn’t show up anywhere. It just says “purchased” in the App Store. No support email address that I can find. Please help!

One of the best Apple Watch apps

So useful, this app effectively helps me tune my guitar from my wrist. Much better than phone base tuner and even more convenient than using a pedal. Great app!

Difficult to get working. Maybe useful in an emergency?

The app picks up notes from my acoustic guitar. Like other digital tuners it’s a little finicky but this app is far worse than those. Either do to microphone issues or perhaps Apple limits the mic API on the watch to avoid draining the battery. In any case, it’s just easier to find a tuning fork online and tune it the old fashioned way.
