New mobile app is not as user friendly as the original. Should have checking account transactions and savings account transactions separate to review like previous app. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and would love to see this fixed so I can leave a great review! Thank you.

The only one I’ve ever used . I’m very happy with how this works . One suggestion for improvement that I can see is if they offered monthly and yearly summaries of spending and income .

Easy access
Never thought I would have/ use this online banking on my phone.. It is too easy and convenient not to use.. Thanks Curtis May!!
Prime Trust Review
This has been my trusted financial institution since they opened years ago as WGEFCU. Unlike many banks, I may be assigned an account number BUT I am treated in all respects as a valued member - NOT a number.
Making sense
You should have, left it the way it was. I’m still unsure, to why you changed it? If it’s not broken. Why fix if!? Do not like the change! The only issue I have with PTFC.

This is the hardest app to navigate I have ever seen. Why Primetrust went to this app I’ll never know
Old App Better
The only feature I like about the new app is the ability to make cross member transfers. Everything else about the other app was better.
