I like the new app because of the member transfer option, but I don’t like how it doesn’t show me my balance without having to log in and I also don’t like how it doesn’t save the members account numbers that i transfer money to. It saves them on the website version but not on the app.

I want my old app back!
I don’t care for this new app that I was FORCED to use at all. I liked having a running tally of a subtotal after each transaction. This new app is so hard to navigate. Not a fan at all.
Format
I liked how the entries were separated by date with the other format.
Old app was more efficient
The old app was better. I feel like it was easier to navigate and the design was more straight forward. There is too much to this one and I don’t care for it.
Does not work on Wifi internet
Every time I want to do an transaction or check my balance wi-fi has to be off for it to work!
Incredibly Frustrating
Thus far I’m unable to access my account because it doesn’t recognize my old user name and password and won’t allow me to create a new account. It just says “something went wrong on our end. Please try again.” when I attempt to make a new login. I’m apparently going to have to use time I don’t have to contact someone by phone in order to access the app that’s supposed to make life easier. 😐

THEY FINALLY ADDED MOBILE DEPOSIT
I cannot express how happy I am that Primetrust has finally gotten mobile deposit for checks. This makes my life so much easier. Much better look and aesthetic as well!!
