App not working

No trial period / still getting ads with paid subscription

I paid for a whole year because I assumed I’d like it, and could cancel in the first week (like every other app I’ve ever used) if I didn’t like it. But there was no trial period. So now I’m out $36, am still getting ads, can’t find any instructions about using the blood pressure or oxygen functions, and am finding the “help” button completely useless.

Don’t waste your money!!!!

Accuracy is not something you get from this app. I compare it with several other apps and the only one that is more accurate and much closer to what the doctor finds in his office, is the Heartify App.; not perfect, but way more accurate and it doesn’t keep taking you here to write a review when you click on the green button to get a report. Use the app that comes with your phone already, or get the one I mentioned above. This app developer just wants to bleed you dry of your hard earned money.

Worthless would be a compliment

Don’t even bother downloading.

I know not to depend on an app, understandably. I have other apps for heart rate and take a median average or so when resting or whatever.

This app had my heart rate average at 52 resting and when measured myself by pulse it’s at 80-82.

I tried this over 10 times with the majority restarting because of finger placement when I never moved. Once I got the average of severely below what I know I’m at, I was done.

This app is not even remotely close to being right or near your heart rate. I know it’s not “accurate” but if it was up to this thing I’d be underground six feet. I’d give the app a break if it was remotely near my actual heart rate but this is a joke.

Too many pop up adds. The app says touch upper camera lens when it’s actually the torch light.

Something changed.

This app used to work great but somethings changed. Now it works three or four times and then never loads again I have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work. Even after that it’ll only work three or four times before it stops working completely.

Decent app

Good app the only question I have is the “AF” in the corner of each test, I know what it stands for but it has that in the corner for some and then says the rhythm is normal? Kind of contradictory no?

Thank you for sharing your experience. 60 seconds of long-term measurement records will be marked with "AF", that is only a mark.

Changed its function

I paid for a year’s subscription to manage my AF and they have now changed the app to not include this key feature. Want 3 months money back.

Paid for a month, got 6 days service

The product itself seems to work OK. But after paying for a month of premium service, when I went to use it 6 days into the month it said I had to pay for premium again. There is no way to contact anybody, so I’m just out the money. When I went to cancel it said I still have until July 30 on my subscription, but when I again try to use the features, it asks me to pay. So I either pay again or I am out the money I paid for a full month. Deleting the app instead.

Thanks for your feedback. You can restore your purchase history via the "Restore Purchases" button. This phenomenon usually occurs when the user reinstalls the app.

App used to be good

I’ve had this app for around a year and loved the fact it showed me whether I was potentially in AF, now it doesn’t tell me anything. I’ve wasted AU$50 odd $$ renewing this app. Total waste of money. Not impressed with the new update. Doubt I’d get a refund if I requested it 😣

The old feature and data are in the "instant pulse" tab. Due to regulatory requirements in some regions, the app had to make some changes. the app faithfully records and analyzes data. Thank you for your supporting. If you no longer need it, you may cancel it freely.
