Great scooter some tweaking to the app would make it better
I hope you’ll take this into consideration I ride the hiboys2r plus and I find it great with the drop out battery I only have two problems with the app one is cruise control is always stuck at max speed I would like to see the setting working for setting max speed on cruise control I would like to maintain lower speeds with cruise control and second the legal limit for is under 32 km and hour and it can definitely push it but I can tell the controller limits it, I think you should allow the scooter to have a max speed of 32Show lessFriendly user person
Lacks functionality
The app doesn’t really add much. Many improvements should be made to include:
- trip/location milage
- reset trip odometer
- lock the speed setting so that a rider can’t go faster then what is set. Good for kid control.
With these the app would be worth using, otherwise I really don’t see too much value.Show lessmajadr78
Doesn’t work
The app has a bug. I can’t register on the app, and after Hiboy registered me in their system, I still can’t login. It was an expensive product, so it is surprising they use such a cheap app.Meth1729

What’s the Point?
The app is pretty useless. You can’t see much in it but current location, basic settings and odometer. I’ve had cheap e-bikes with better apps. Hiboy needs to do better with the size of their footprint.Sheacanbake
Terrible app

Useless
The app is useless. Impossible to save the paths, it doesn’t even tell the mileage when you « record » a run. Total mileage and driving don’t work. I was expecting a lot more. Any teenager could have programmed this.legarsblond
Don’t download
I was in the middle of making my deliveries I locked my scooter and when to unlock it back it just wouldn’t connect to the Bluetooth kept saying error I did everything restart my phone deleted the app reinstalled it nothing thank god for YouTube I was able to hard restart my scooter or I would have to take an Uber homeShow lessMistahStarbaiAnthony

Can’t create account
I downloaded the app and right away it wants me to log in. There’s no option to create an account.Wildor61
