Can't use keyboard or resubmit closed requests
Third party keyboards are blocked on this app, making it very difficult to quickly fill out forms. Every letter needs to be typed, autocomplete doesn't work. It is so slow to use.
NYPD illegally closes many many requests without taking any action. Please provide a way to resubmit the same request. Otherwise users need to spend so much time recreating the same request (which is slow to do) and NYPD simply closes it again.
Address identification barely works. Many streets without a building entrance directly where an issue is located can not be used.
