Multiple borrows/returns: Did someone order more than one coffee? Consumers can now borrow and return multiple containers in one transaction. Addition of a card: At participating retailers, borrowing and returning will be integrated with the point-of-sale software. At these selected retail sites, consumers can present their card for retail staff to scan and the borrow or return can occur from within the sales transaction. This will eventually remove the need for the scan stations and the additional container transaction, building the opportunity for enterprise scale.

What’s new You told us the top-up system was a pain so we have retired it. You’ll now be able to borrow for free without topping up and we'll only charge you if containers are late or they don’t come back. Existing users will have their available balance refunded automatically. Go forth and borrow away!

What's new • An improved help section on the Account tab will have you borrowing like a pro in no time • If the app runs into a problem it will now log this so our developers can fix the issue • We've resolved a couple of smaller bugs and updated some text to make the app easier to use Enjoy!

What's new • If you'd like to run through the tutorial again you can now find a link to it on the Accounts page • We now let you know when you have insufficient funds to borrow (or swap) a container and give you the option to top up • On the login screen it now clearly states that you are signing into the Again Again app • The Vouchers section had a light redesign to make it easier to understand what vouchers you have available. • We've added some handy scanning tips to empty shelves. We've also squashed some bugs: • We've updated some of the language to make sure everything is clearly explained, and removed a typo or two • When your device unlocks and the Again Again app is active on the Shelf screen, it will now correctly show you all the containers you have borrowed • On the Activity tab it is now clearly listed when a container is not returned and a replacement fee is charged • Canceling the scanning dialogue when borrowing a container no longer removes the navigation in the app • Cancelling a Swap or Return scan now returns you to the Shelf as expected • The trouble scanning help sheet now consistently waits 15 seconds after you start scanning before showing • Buttons on top-up prompts are now aligned just perfectly.
