hi!!! i originally got this app because i saw it had a pretty high rating, even though it didn’t have a lot of ratings. i got the app because i’m a swimmer and i want to improve my core strength and flexibility for swimming. i’ve only had it for a couple days and i LOVE IT. it has everything; goals for stretching/workouts, different kinds of exercises, accessibility to play music, and it is encouraging. i think the best part about it is that it’s completely free! it’s not like other apps that give you one exercise choice and then it’s locked and you have to pay monthly for it. there’s a variety on this app and it’s all free! i would totally recommend this if you’re looking for a stretching app! 💕💕Show lesscool cyan cat

I’m honestly shocked that this app doesn’t have more reviews. I started using it daily less than two weeks ago, doing a mix of workouts for 20-30 minutes every evening, and I already feel more toned, more energetic, and with fewer muscle knots and pains. It is so easy to follow and I love that you can pick your own playlists and shuffle them for your workouts. I can do this in my own home or while traveling and I just do the exercises in my pajamas barefoot, not limited by weather or gym hours or whatever else I have going on.Show lessClaireoline
Won’t let me change the timer
I love all of the options and the ability to edit and make your own deck but for some reason mine won’t let me edit the times for each one and it’s just stuck on 30 seconds :( other than that I would give them 5 starsYouroere

App wouldn't open
The app wouldn't open completely. The opening screen would appear, but the app never fully opened. I tried to open it 3 times, to no avail. Deleted it.Twall20
