Go back to the previous version PLEASE

The previous app was easier and so much better to navigate. The layout of this app is awful. I cannot access lists, blocks etc and the information it gives is sparse. They need to scrap this version and go back to the previous one. So mad that I deleted the previous version and am stuck with this piece of garbage

Updated App

This updated version of the officials app has made my job a lot easier when I’m on the go. I’ve got all the information I need on my phone for quick access. I like the addition of notes and events in the new version

A complete disaster

This app and the website are poorly coded and extremely buggy. Sadly, many assignors and school leagues go with this outdated app. It gets one star for calendar integration. Outside of that, it force quits or gives weird error messages on the mobile website and in-app. I wish it was more like Notch, which is just a mobile website, but at least it’s reliable and dependable. Lots of work to be done, hopefully it’s sooner rather than later.

Why The Hate?

This app does exactly what it is supposed to do. I don’t understand all the bad ratings as it does a great job showing your schedule and details of all your games. Much better for mobile than the website

Worst ever

It is full of bugs since they made the new version. I have to log into sometimes three times to make the app launch. I have such difficulty even staying logged in in my own Wi-Fi in my house. The features on the calendar for you to scroll all the way through a month. When you click on the day that you want, it does not automatically find the games for that day. It’s just a really poorly designed update. Go back to the old version, please.

Times Out & Glitches

I have to keep rebooting the app because it either times out too quickly or after my log in, nothing populates. The features on the ArbiterSports App does not let me do the same things (blocking dates) on the web version. Arbiter Mobile was more user friendly than ArbiterSports

How do they keep getting schools to use this?

Both this app and the website have to be one of the worst applications I’ve ever used. The app is full of bugs, can’t seem to save a long live token, and requires logging in and receiving a confirmation text almost every time I open it. I don’t understand how this company gets business… could you at least make a better product for everyone who is using it?

Worst New Version Update to an App ever.

This app continues to log me off everytime I access the site. I am an official not a fan and need this app to keep updated on my schedule and last
Minute updates. I don’t want to log in everytime I need access. There was no issue with the older version of this app. You should have a desperate app for officials only. Fix your log on issue!!!!

Terrible

Nothing like being handcuffed to an app and website in order to get paid. Nothing seems to work, can’t log into the ArbiterPay site and when I choose to reset my password that I just set, the security questions won’t load.

I’ve wasted more time trying to figure out terrible app than I did working the two games. Such a waste!

Stay signed in function would be nice

It’s a okay app, but I definitely prefer the website. Could you make it so you can stay signed in because it’s really annoying to have to sign in all the time.
