Needs a lot of work
The concept of the Catch App is great but people will lose faith in it if it doesn’t improve soon.
I’ve booked a few sessions through it this year and it’s not as easy as it should be.
It’s slow and signs you out at every opportunity. Hard to see availability of lakes. Plus it’s actually hard to find lakes in a particular area. The map view is useless and other than that it just returns a list of fisheries in alphabetical order, with no indication of where they’re located.
Concept of the app is great but they need lots of work on the UX/UI.

Did the app quite helpful, information provide on each lake is precise. I have found lakes I wouldn’t have known about. I’d recommend.
Unreliable - constant issues
Freezing, crashing, not processing payments….. the idea is great, but these app needs serious developer investment! Hopefully fisheries will continue to offer alternative methods of booking that being so reliant on something that is very hit and Miss.

Great new update
This latest app update fixes a lot of the teething issues and it great! Ignore the negative comments from earlier versions, this is excellent. Best app for finding fishing by miles! Thanks guys. You will soon be the only place to go for booking swims

You’d think that someone would at least give you dates of lake availability instead of “no results were found for the specified conditions” what’s that supposed to mean, surely it can’t be hard to let us no when availability would be possible it’s only a calendar needed putting absolute joke
Third part rip off
Went to book on my local fishery on there web site got directed here. Where I’m expected to pay a subscription fee?? No thanks. Just another way of conning money out of people. Why does the fisherman have to pay more when there already paying for a day ticket. Can see a lot of fisheries loosing a lot of business.

Downhill
Sadly this has gone downhill, the fee shouldn’t be necessary as the fishery should pay for the booking system. The price of some fisheries appear to have gone up without any notice and now an update that won’t update ….

Surprise It Doesn’t work
Just sends you around in circles and still unable to buy a ticket… that’s great when the only place to buy tickets is this site and not on the bank where you actually want to cast a line at… if someone is checking tickets anyway what’s the problem with taking payment on the bank?? All unnecessary technology failing making it difficult… and I’m sure will put off the older folk who just want to cast a line… and then penalised having to pay extra on the day

Not a great experience
Went to use for the first time this evening and paid the subscription only to find when I try and book all I get is [unexpected error please try again in a few seconds]message, I have tried for 30 mins to book and pay for a 24hr session on a local place and have now given up! Pretty poor
Good idea but not there yet
Even when you subscribe to the app it still asks for the subscription fee when you try to book. Also a lot of fisheries that are listed you are unable to book via the app
