Cant ever find the base
The app is worthless. You have to set it up for high suction everytime you use it.It gets stuck under recliners.It gets stuck cleaning the same area of a room forever and never finds the base
App offers no reset function
Install HUVI on my WiFi network, then changed my mind to use Bluetooth instead. However, there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove my WiFi information and start back over using Bluetooth
Not enough notifications or options
The app doesn’t send notifications when the unit tips down stairs, gets stuck, gets tangled like in earbud cord, etc., so it can sit for hours in this position. Also there’s no option to send it home to charge from the app that I can find. It also lacks some other basics such as being able to test UV to confirm it’s functioning and an option to order filters or brushes from the app. They’re missing this opportunity to sell more.
