  • Fantastic - but some glitches

Honestly, this app has been so educational and it’s fantastic that wealthify are sponsoring Juno to help people with their financial education for for a year. I’ve learned so much that I’ve previously tried to google but had been overwhelmed by the jargon and given up. I would highly recommend.

The only reason I’ve given it 4 not 5 stars is because sometimes I can’t scroll on the modules, there are some typos throughout, and when I answer polls/questions I don’t always get the reward - but likely this will be fixed in the future.

  • Find your financial feet

There is something for every level of knowledge here. In my 20s learning the basics about AER, your relationships with money and money in your relationships would have perfect. As someone who is now self employed, saving for a house deposit and wanting to consider investing in the future the lessons are great. They’re short but informative and I’ve been recommending them to friends and anyone who would benefit from improving their financial knowledge. It’s not patronising and answers all your questions. Any glitches are quickly solved when you highlighted them and I love the rewards options.

  • Fantastic app!

I don’t understand some of these negative reviews… This app is clearly aimed at women in their 20s-30s who are looking to build their knowledge and confidence around their finances. For those who say this app should be free, at an affordable monthly fee of £4.99 it’s not exactly “breaking the bank” (excuse the pun!), and at the end of the day for the amount of education they are providing on this app it is worth every single penny (also keep in mind this app has been built and tested, and is constantly being added to… These people have to make a living too!) Since having this app, I have become so much more confident with my finances and wish I’d done this sooner. Thank you for your incredible app- it’s a game changer!

  • No Longer Great

I loved this app, but a month or so ago they changed it to a subscription service. The whole point of the app was to help underrepresented people learn about finances for free. Now that’s no longer an option. Also the last update lost all my progress. Unfortunately, I’ll be deleting.
  • Transformed my relationship to money

Juno has changed my relationship with money completely. I learned how to invest, I negotiated a £3k raise and I am about to put down a house deposit.

I first heard about this app from my colleagues and then my friends also recommended it, so I downloaded it and went through all of their content.

If you have never been taught how to manage your money, this will literally change your life. I love the safe space they have created for women to help one another with our financial worries. Even my boyfriend has started going through the lessons and loves it!

    Developer Response

This type of review makes the whole team smile. Huge congrats on all your achievements!
  • Love this app

Easy to understand and navigate. I feel like I have learned a lot. Yes, some of the wording is aimed at people in their 20s but I am nearly 40 and have found info on F off funds, saving ratios and activities useful - this was all new to me.

Really very confused by the comments from men given it is a female focussed app. It makes that so clear from the off, why bother using the app? To mark down on that basis says nothing about how interactive it is, user friendly, empowering, informative and easy to use, which it is all those things and more.

  • Revolutionary app!

Honestly, I thought all the other finance apps out there were great until I came across Juno. Not only are they prioritising women and trying to fill the knowledge gap, they’re breaking down the information into relatable bit sized chunks and using relevant recent events to do so. I love watching their guest speakers and have actually started listening to a few of the podcasts such as “Money Unfiltered” and “The Wallet”.

Can’t wait for them to update the learning materials ! I’m here to see the growth. Thank you to the founders for thinking of such a brilliant app.

  • This app has changed my life

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this deserves so much praise. A friend of mine recommended this app to me and it has completely transformed my relationship to money. No one has ever taught me how to manage my finances and I never knew how much there was to learn. The app provides bite sized lessons and actually makes finance engaging. I cannot wait for them to keep growing and uploading more content. I would recommend this app to absolutely everyone. Whilst it’s centred around the female experience, everyone can learn from it. GAME CHANGING.

  • Life👏🏼Changed👏🏼

I have learned SO MUCH with Juno! I decided to get my finances in order this year but has no idea where to start. I came across Juno not expecting much but it’s made a massive difference. The lessons are bite-size so great if you prefer something low commitment (or have a short attention span like me), and do a great job at explaining super complex topics in a relatable way. Since signing up to Juno I’ve made a budget, opened a private pension and ISA, and am now thinking of switching to a greener bank. Absolutely recommend to any women or NB folks looking to become more financially literate

  • A fantastic tool in helping individuals to take more control in their finances.

This app is a fantastic way in which to engage with financial advisers and planners who know what they are talking about. The additional reading suggestions and to do tasks help users to then apply their learning as they take actions towards becoming more involved and aware of how they are utilising their finances. In addition the app itself is very well organised, easy to navigate as you track your progress through each module.
