Great step by step guidance
The step by step guidance provided in this app is just what is needed at such a tense time.
I did have a hiccup at the final step of scanning the test results using the app (to generate the report). I then realized that I had placed the test strip on the instructions manual - too much noise around it for efficient scanning. The moment I moved it to a plane solid surface with no patterns or noise it scanned the result and gave me the report.
The results were not what I had hoped for but the user experience was awesome!!Show lesswhat the nick
Rubbish App
I bought 28 kits for the family, opened 15 and and had to throw away 6kits. The app came up with errors such as unable to submit report, inconclusive report, unable to scan QR code. App also does not allow you to add/edit your personal data if you have made a mistake. And the add a relative section is confusing as it still requires a unique mobile number per patient. In the test kit, I have had 1 kit with no extraction liquid bottle in its bag and other kits with bottles with very tiny amounts of extraction liquid compared to others whereby you cannot squeeze out a sample onto cassette as it is absorbed by the swab! Quality issues with the kit and the app with no help from customer support which is non existent!Show lessasitsait
Waste of money
I have tried 3times to get the final results from scan the cassette all 3 times failed. I just want recommend everyone don’t buy this kind of cheap test. Better just go do the test in the clinic .lalatacara

Don’t bother
3 attempts with 3 kits. Cant easily read the qrc then you follow the test and it takes so many attempts to get upload of the final result it states test is invalid due to time. It requests over and over to place on a solid surface, it takes the image then tells you to retake etc. 2nd test, no liquid in the ampule, so no good. Test three updated and stated due to technical issues it couldn’t report the results. Why you need to call in is not needed if you have just the control line you’re negative, if you have t and c lines go get a medical test. Try other kits that are much easier to use and don’t waste your money on faulty kits that are not really reliable.Show lessBosBang1
Keeps on giving no Internet error after the test
Worst app ever , even when the internet works , the 15 min timer expires and it still
Cannot upload the report. Gives stupid errors like no internet etc. Not sure if they want to cheat people for money.George1211980
