Great app
This is a great app. Very useful chat features to help keep connected with clients. Easy to use schedule with helpful notifications that keep you in touch with what’s happening in your business. Highly recommend this app.
Liar liars
These guys claim to be Australian answer to mindbody. But they are not.
You will need a front of house and POS to use their service- not great for people on the go or smaller studios.
-Classes and PT/ private sessions are not housed on the same page so you cannot get a full over view of your day.
-Only Zenbly T&Cs appear not those for your business nor does your health waiver.
-Checking clients in is a 3 step process for each client.
-The calendar function doesn’t work .
-There is about a 12 hour lag time on the schedule- so completed classes from yesterday are the first to show up on the schedule and you have to scroll to the correct day and time each time you need to check a client in or view your schedule.
-There are no days I.e Monday / Tuesday etc. only dates and times so scheduling ahead is tricky and also because of the lag time on the schedule it can get confusing.
-You cannot manage clients accounts/ purchases/schedules on the app, only on a pc.
-New clients are data mined- loads of info required. They then have to go through a lead/ assignment process- so it is a huge deterrent for drop in users or nonmembers.
-The images in the background of the app do not promote diversity or body positivity and some images may be confronting for users.
Clients have complained the grey font is difficult to see.
-Most processes require 3 steps or more to complete.
-If your iPhone configuration is on 12 hour time the app doesn’t work.
-There are grammatical errors and typos.
-Reporting is ok- but if you use packs you cannot see how many a client has used or has remaining, except to go into their visit history and count them- but that doesn’t include future bookings. Clients cannot see this information either.
-There is a delay in the payment processing page of at least 24 hours.
-The payment portal is faulty and if you are migrating from another platform the data doesn’t transfer over.
-There are some privacy concerns as clients names and schedules are visible to everyone.
-You cannot send invoices to be paid.
Overall this app in ineffectual and there are better ways to spend your money.
I really wanted to support emerging Australian business but this product is incomplete and the staff are green and inexperienced. Customer service was ok, but due to the poor function of the product they couldn’t actually help me. They also couldn’t give me a time frame in which some of the glitches would be ironed out or when the upgraded version would be released. So if you’re happy to sit with a faulty product indefinitely then go for it.
The most telling downfall was when the Head of Support suggested I migrate back to mindbody as they couldn’t meet the needs of my business.

User ex needs improvement
I found the ability to book and manage my class quite clunky and not easy to understand. When I booked into a class I couldn’t then figure out if I was booked in or on the wait list. There is no ability to trouble shoot. I also had to buy a new phone as it wouldn’t allow me to login on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.
When I contacted support I was told there was no desktop version and that I would either need to buy a new phone or ask the gym I trained at to supply an iPad at the fro t that I could manage my booking on. Which they did but wasn’t a good option as if I need to change cancel a class I had no other option. All in all I think the app has potential but the developers need to listen to their consumer and improve user experience and also their customer support need to improve drastically.
