Had a couple of questions.
After using the app for the first time I had some questions so I contacted there support team where there support walked me through the process. I feel better knowing that if a problem arises I can call and someone help me.
Working as intended
I have been receiving all my notifications and have been able to log into my account as needed.
Does not work correctly
My app does not work at all since I got the iPhone 16. No. It is not my phone!
I receive NO alerts. Support is awful! They actually ask for photos to make sure my notifications are turned on and ask me to delete the app and reinstall every time the school reaches out. Ez School is the only app that doesn’t work.

Easy to use
Easy to use, but does not send a “low balance” notification to let parents know that it’s time to re-fill the account. You have to remember to check on that.
New update is working smoothly
Subs, employees, and parents are downloading the application and no issues have been reported.
Complete garbage
Constant notification but no sub job. Not getting notified of any jobs, even when requested (holy know through email notifications) and by them because teacher requests 2 or more, it’s gone. Nothing I can do on my end because they will only deal with school. Contacted school twice, and they’ve done nothing. Considering switching schools altogether in hopes of being done with this app altogether.

Questionable
This Ap is not helpful to me in trying to obtain a sub day. There is a constant notification with nothing to show for it. No posted positions (probably school related) and overall just not easy to navigate or see.

This app doesn’t work at all. I can’t log in on the app or the internet even after an account had been made and password been reset.
Works as intended
Logging in to my substitute works great.
Notifications
I have a check telling me I have a notification or message and there is nothing there. I’m ocd and that check mark on my main phone screen makes me want to keep checking my app just to see that, as before, there is nothing to see other then my scheduled jobs.
