After purchasing a bridle, for some
Reason I was logged out of my account via app on my phone… when I had tried to log in with what I thought were my credentials, it said an account could not be found, so then I used the credentials saved on my Phone which worked however to another account. I emailed my dilemma to customer service and they responded that day and have been in great correspondence since!!

This is a wonderful app for selling horse equipment, very user friendly and excellent customer service! I have sold many items on here and will continue to do so.

I was having trouble posting new sales items and Julie responded to my email inquiry in real time. She outlined the problem I was having, investigated the issue and gave me detailed instructions to resolve my issues. Doesn’t get better
I’ve been using them since before an app existed and they’ve only gotten better ! Easy to buy and sell, they are safe with transactions and I can rely on them to not get scammed by others. Not to mention their customer service IS THE BEST ! They actually care. And they were super nice and helpful too. Other companies and apps should take some notes because this is how you run things !

Super user friendly
Found this app via a google search for a used saddle. The buyer protection makes such a big purchase feel a lot less scary! Communication with my seller was excellent and everything about the app worked smoothly and was intuitive. Would recommend!
Hate the App website was awesome
I loved the website user friendly and easy to use globally as I’am in Canada. App not so much, have yet to have any success using it, especially because I’m in Canada. I bought several things off the website before and was hoping to sell, but the app is not user friendly.
