I tried this on a whim because it came up in my Instagram feed. I figured it would tell me to sleep on the plane and then stay awake at obvious times where sleeping would disrupt my cycle at my destination. Not at all. It was very specific, combined sleep, light, and supplements, and worked unbelievably well. I tried it on a trip where I had an 11 hour time zone shift. In both directions (and I was gone for 2 weeks so had completely adjusted to my new time zone) I had absolutely no Jetlag. Zero. It was truly remarkable. I immediately ordered a refill as I have another trip coming up in about 10 days. I will never fly long-haul without this again.
