This accountability helps create the new habits and behaviors that lead to better health. The app includes valuable resources and smart features to help improve your results: • Set and monitor personal health goals together with your practitioner or health coach. • Track food choices, exercise, sleep quality, stress-reducing activities, nutritional supplements, moods, pain, and more. • Lifestyle plans and educational information, including the nutritional value of foods, meal plans, recipes, and videos. • Nutritional supplement scheduling – so you know what to take and when to take it. • Electronic journal for keeping track of key health changes or reflections. • Automated reminders – so you never have to worry about forgetting anything again! • You can use Apple Health App to import your steps, sleep, blood pressure and other data from your favorite health and fitness tracking devices right into the app. I addition, the app gives you a direct connection to your practitioner, who can monitor your progress in real-time and give the ongoing support you need to get healthier and feel better.
