I have been using the app for a while, and so far, it has been satisfactory. The experience is decent until you need to contact customer service. I have encountered a significant number of frustrating experiences when trying to get things done or updated. Even something as simple as updating a phone number or renewing the expiration date of an old card can be a hassle. I had to wait several days to a week just to update my phone number. Generally, payouts are quick and easy; however, on two occasions, I had to reach out to customer service because the payout on their end was They had to cancel the withdrawal, and I had to initiate it again. Keep in mind that I had to wait a few days just to see if the issue would resolve itself. It's quite frustrating. Additionally, I often find myself contacting customer support due to random logouts. They occur unexpectedly, and you can't log back in for a while, only to regain access seemingly at random. They claim it's just a security check, but it becomes quite inconvenient when you are actively betting or trying to cash out. Overall, the customer service experience is subpar and can lead to a less-than-ideal experience.

Inaccurate live odds at times and terribly loyalty program

Live odds occasionally do not reflect accurate information, loyalty program is absurd with no deposit matches, scarcity of bonus bets, needing to spend roughly $2k to claim $2 bonus bets with your tier points, tier resets monthly rather than annually (not only is every other platform either annually or lifetime, even hard rock casino is annually). I have been going to hard rock weekly for 10+yrs and love them but there’s no denying this is a platform that is absolutely horrendous and capitalizes on those unfamiliar with sports bets due to being “the only legal betting in FL”

Do yourself a favor and put in the extra time to VPN into another platform and/or use a crypto site such as betonline or bovada… although this is the only “legal” option, no other option is technically “illegal”. FL is a grey area and you’ll get much more out of your betting experience elsewhere if you do your research. Not to mention the delays with deposits and withdrawals on this platform. Use another Sportsbook!!

Save yourself the trouble and stick with FanDuel or DraftKings. Hard Rock Bet offered me a $100 “No Sweat” bet that they didn’t honor. When I reached out to customer service regarding the bonus bet that never arrived, the first agent said that the bonus bets should be loaded into my account by the end of the day. The next day I had to reach back out and was given the run-around by another agent that said I wasn’t eligible for this promotion (Even though it showed up as a checked box on the deposit page showing i was indeed eligible). It feels scammy, and other reviewers have mentioned similar stories. I don’t typically leave reviews but screw Hard Rock Bet and their scammy tendencies. I’ve had FAR less problems over a much longer period using FanDuel and DraftKings and I’ve since abandoned Hard Rock & returned to those sportsbooks instead. I will not be giving another dime to this trash Sportsbook. Stay away and use one of their more renowned competitors if you’re looking to be treated well as a customer

Ehhh It’s Not Horrible

This App Is Pretty Basic And Average As To What You Can Do, HOWEVER…. That Daily Spin Thing Is As Rigged As It Can Get. I Have Been Doing It Everyday For Over 2 Months And It Lands On Nothing But “2 Free Spins” The Wheel Has An Abundance Of Options It Could Land On Yet It Coincidently Always Gives You The Two Free Spins For A Slot Game ( Grand Spin, Once In A Blue Moon Itll Give You Two On Wild Tracks ). This Is Where I Feel Cheated, I’ve Had It Land On “44 Free Spins, $10, $5” Etc. More Times Than I Could Count On My Hands And Feet BUT It Suddenly Slides Back Down To “2 Free Spins” After Literally Coming To A Stop. How Is This Possible You May Ask ? Ask The App Developers Because I Have No Idea But It Feels Like I’m Being Cheated On A Daily With This Nonsense. Oh And If They Want To Lie And Say Thats Not The Case, I Have Video Proof 😌. ( Update They Stopped Giving Me The Daily Spin Option Now, Its Been Like A Week Or More And Now I Get No Spins Because They Know Exactly What’s Going On ) Sad World

Hardrock has so many little problems and it gets annoying trying to reach people to help. Then when you do in a chat, they say it needs to be escalated and I will be emailed 6-12 hours later. Trying to deposit money and it says my card is expired went to update the expiration and there’s no way to do so. I can’t even delete the card to re enter it with the updated expiration date. I’ve had problems with a hockey slip where the player needed a sog and he got it. I even sent proof from espn box score they sent me to another website where it said he didn’t get the shot on goal. When on espn and online said he had it. Showed proof and they still didn’t update it. If you refer people and they put 50$ in there account you get that matched back but… What they don’t say is you get a bonus bet that you have to play all in one shot.. On betr you can use whatever you want same as prizepicks. Representatives are so bad at there job and provide no info at all. They just put you on a email back list. Ridiculous to be honest

No Regret Bet is a Scam

No Regret Bet is a scam. They make it seem like it’s simple money back for your first bet if you lose. Nope. It’s a voucher back. Which you have to use again. And is most likely another loss. So when you’re already regretting a decision, they may you play again. What a joke. Terrible. They literally scam you with that promotion because it looks like one thing but then they said “oh we put extra details in the section no one reads because they assume the details mean what normal people think they mean but we’re shady and we say psyche it’s means something else over here”. Honestly, that just turns me off from using them at all. It’s one thing to say you’ll give people the money back with a voucher. It’s another to make it seem they get their actual money back and misguide people until it’s too late. One is acceptable by a customer and they likely will stay a customer. The other turns people off with how shady it is. I might have considered using them a bit more for fun but now… now I just have a bad taste in my mouth.

Honest review of casino

This is no sour grapes , I’m leaving this casino a winner , currently up a few hundred and never coming back . I’m never coming back because even though I won , I saw some of the sketchiest, immoral, dishonest things you’ll find on an online casino. Some of the slots have the raise bet option right next to , almost on top of the spin button , sometimes you’re playing spins at rates way higher then you wanted to without even noticing . That’s super dishonest. Also sometimes you get knocked offline and try to go back to your slot and suddenly your playing $5 a spin instead of the .50 spin you were just playing . They truly take advantage of people playing fast or not checking every detail before hitting spin. I think this is done intentionally of milking people out of their money sooner , highly dishonest practice and why I’m not returning as a customer. Play somewhere else where the slots are designed with the player in mind , not simply for how much they can drain you for

suspended you for no reason, and customer service specialist Joanne is terrible

This is the second time I’m having trouble to this app, but the second time that all the sudden I being suspended for no reason at all, never mind that! Tried to chat with customer support, the name is Joanne, the first time all she does is send me verification page, but it didn’t work, and trying to chat with the customer support again it is Joanne, but her concern is I didn’t verify, instead I keep tell her the page said IT WAS EXPIRED, but in the end she still won’t transfer me to any higher manager, but to tell me to wait 24 to 48 hrs! So you just want to hold my money for 48 hrs, for an unreasonable suspension? And on top of that I have no idea who did I sent my ID info and selfie to! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She only care about wanting to end chat, and don’t care about customer concerns! At the end, I got not reason why am I being suspended, can’t access the account, and no idea who did I sent my identity to!

Took $400 from my account

I downloaded this app today and deposited $200. I was awarded $200 in bonus bets bringing my account balance to $400. I played a hand of blackjack and lost $200. I then played one spin of roulette and won $200 brining my balance back to the original $400. I decided that I wanted to return the amount I deposited to my account and cancel my bonus bet. When I canceled the promotion suddenly I lost all $400 in my account. When I sent a message to the help department they told me that sorry once i forfeited my promotion I lost everything in my account. I said well that’s a mistake then because my account balance was the same when it started. I then asked for the bonus back and was directed to contact the division of gaming. Is this really how the hard rock does business?! So as I am typing this the Hard rock got $200 of my money with me going even on bets. Absolutely ridiculous and to me this is theft.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!

Being from Florida, I was happy to have a betting app tied to a local establishment. That was until I tried to log in one day and my account was suspended. I received no notice or explanation of this suspension. When I reached out to customer service (based in the Philippines, so so much for local!) they told me to upload my id and a selfie. I did so, and several hours later I received an email telling money was going to be deducted from my account before it was reactivated. I had to spend another hour on chat to the Philippines getting my account restored, with the customer service rep trying to get me off the chat the entire time telling me to wait for another email explaining what was going on. I still have received no follow up email, have no idea why my account was suspended in the first place, nor do I know why I got an email telling me money was being deducted from my suspended account. And, of course, no offer was made to provide restitution for the hours I spent on chat trying to resolve an issue they created. There are so many other betting apps that actually work. Use one of them.
