Average, does the basics but nothing special
I have used this app nearly everyday since November. They think since they are the only sportsbook in Florida that they don’t have to do anything for their customers. I’ve lost tens of thousands on this app and have never once received a free bet. While in other states with more competition I would get weekly free bets from betmgm, espnbet, draft kings etc.. withdrawal speeds are also not instant like other books. Often taking hours or days. I recently had a $183 withdrawal flagged and had to send in a picture of each of my debit cards and banks. Not sure how a $183 withdrawal gets flagged when I’ve given these guys tens of thousands. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard back about my account. Overall I’m done giving them my money, they won’t respect my inquiry about a free bet & they could care less to keep me as a customer or not. Very average sports book with average withdrawal times, no player benefits after losses & average odds. Can’t wait until other sportsbooks come to Florida and put them out of business.

DO NOT BET I GOT SCAMMED FOR 15k!
I won 15k on hard rock casino I was able to withdraw 5k after that my account was restricted as I know see I wish I would have known this is common when people win big, I have been on live support for 2 weeks I’ve seen every type of documentation you can possibly think of when I say everything I mean everything I have been on live chat for more then 15+ hours total over the spand of 2 weeks live chat is terrible they say the same thing everytime they apologize for my inconvenience but they need 24-48 hours to look into my account keep in mind that time has been passed this all is a literal scam! If someone from hard rock wants to get in contact with me reply to this. But I doubt they will over 30+ emails no responses they told me my account was active twice then to disregard those emails nothing but trouble on this app they love to take money but hate to pay it out ! I’m telling you guys I would never ever ever be safe putting a single dollar back on this app

A lot of problems
While the app has worked relatively fine and i’ve been able to cash out every time I’ve won. I can’t help but feel this app is extremely poorly made. I constantly get a “you can’t be referred” pop up every time I open the app even though i’ve already been referred and finished my first bet. I can’t exit the app and look at any stats online without it resetting my entire bet and having to start it all over again. These are just a few moderate inconveniences i’ve run into while using the app, but it does feel like this is more caused by negligence rather than a genuine mistake. I hope this is something that’s fixed soon as it’s extremely annoying, but this is the only legal sports book in florida which is unfortunate. Either way i’m up on my bets though lol, just fix the app please it’s not that efficient.

Good start for Fl
Like lot of features. Couple things that can be done that will make it better.
• move some the options on the bottom of the screen which can’t hardly see have to hit 100x to try avd add (if you build parlays)
• same game parlay is way it is now but if they make it to parlay the same game parlay with another option - could be same game parlays- or even to add single option(s) after that.
•follow the game option. Is good - but it can be improved and think will- I’m sure is on their list of things that could be improved on.
•why some options drop off on same game parlay- example hits for baseball. Goes to tb only- know for example draft kings have this option
•should not allow addition to the parlay that reduces your odds. Draft kings brings up toggle say this- I’ve seen it add to the bet and reduce your odds
That is some I know for now. Use Draft kings only bc is the other state specific that New Hampshire uses the same thing. But they also improved the app as it went along. Overall I don’t have a problem having them as the sole book for Fl.
Have pretty much good promo daily - weekend which is nice. A lot better then a year ago.

Won’t payout my win due to hidden rules
I placed a bet on Manchester United vs Liverpool FA Cup for United to win. United ended up winning the game and I didn’t receive my payout. I gave it a couple days to see if the app was just messing up due to the fact that the game went into extra time. This was not the case. I DM’d their suggested help account I found via the app and they stated that because the game did not end in regulation time my bet was invalid. This was not stated anywhere when placing the bet and when I stated this they said “its part of our house rules”. As if anyone is supposed to know that when placing a bet? After providing them multiple valid points about how they should state that on their bet, they just kept stating it is part of their house rules until they eventually stopped responding. I’m typically a pretty easy going guy, but I placed the bet at +900 odds so needless to say they owe me a lot of money. Hard rock is taking advantage of the fact that they are the only legal betting interface in FL. Regardless I refuse to bet with them ever again even if it means never betting on another game while I am in Florida

Hard Rock Is a complete scam
Be careful with winning too much. I won about 1,838 in 3 separate transactions. Withdrew them as normal. 3 days later I’m still waiting on the first deposit to come through. Mind you I played my parlays and won as normal, contact customer service and of course get no help whatsoever, other than a email saying they’d respond in 24-48 hours and needed statements from my Apple Pay and my bank. How do you get a statement from Apple Pay is beyond me (plus you can’t even withdraw with Apple Pay so I don’t know what that had to do with anything), and besides that the card I use on Apple Pay is the same card that the money gets deposited on so it’s virtually the same statement. So now I’m stuck waiting on 3 deposits totaling almost 2 grand. I wouldn’t recommend using this app a lot, if you have another sports betting app, I’d use that. Hard Rock starts acting shady when a account hits too often. All of a sudden security is alerted? I’ve used the same card, same withdrawal method and all. Smh

I won a couple times on hard rock , a couple of them were pretty decent, but after that just like most of the others you ironically stop winning, they are all rigged to some degree, when you first start playing on all the online nj casino apps you win a decent amount of times, you get bonus rounds pretty often and win a decent amount on them, after playing a while you’ll notice a that changes it’s like they flip a switch, it’s a pattern with all of them, if you got a few wins from here I suggest you run cause trust me you won’t keep winning, it’ll be a long while before you get another and it won’t be a good one. I keep giving them chance after chance now I’m done !! I don’t even win enough to play for a few. I don’t know about the sports betting but as for the casino (NJ) it’s absolutely HORRIBLE !! And the mystery wheel is a complete joke, it’s always the same every single time all you win is 2 free spins and to a game that you have absolutely ZERO chance of winning a dime, literally you can’t win 10cents you can’t win a penny, which is why they chose that particular game. Stay away from this app it’s a scam. They cheat you out your money I bet 20 cents and they were taking out a different amount. Also if you win they won’t let you win again out of every casino I’ve played this is by far the most rigged. Their bonus promotion system makes no sense you’re not allowed to withdraw your money even if you match the bonus and when you forfeit you completely lose all of your money. Stay far away from hard rock it’s a scam and shouldn’t even be allowed on here. I’ve deleted the app and I’m sticking with FanDuel please don’t waste your money here you will spend a lot of money just to get a bonus and I’m talking over $100 and when you get the bonus they short you every time leaving you with only $5 after all the effort you put in just to get it. Definitely don’t recommend this app to anyone.

I started using this app without any issues. One day I decided to fund my account so that I can use the slot machine and it wouldn’t allow me to fund my account. The only way to contact them is through live chat or email, not by phone. For days you get someone will get back to you. Fast forward they said my address was an issue absolutely no p. O. Box is expected. So they wanted me to send a selfie holding an ID/ driver’s license, credit card statement or utility bill or bank statement verifying my address. So I did but it was a process getting a response from them. They finally emailed me notifying me that I was taken off restriction. A few days later I tried to fund my account and I was told that I was put on restriction again. When I opened a live chat I was told someone will get back to me. From the time that I was taken off restriction I only tried to fund my account. The reason I titled it Scam is after reading other people as well as myself being told to send in vital information it seems suspect. Is this app collecting our personal information inappropriately? Just know if someone starts using my information I will certainly file an class action lawsuit against this app/company! I’m only giving 1 star review because you can’t send a review unless you pick a star.
