Early access/address update
I have early access as I was a member before app was shut down. I moved to a new address while app was shut down so I submitted required information for my account to be updated with new address including my Unity card which has my current address. I was given a case# and advised it would take 24-48 hours for update to be processed. Well it’s been over 1 week and nothing, leaves me with no confidence that this simple task can not be handled in a timely manner, what if I was having a really serious issue? I requested my account be closed and deleted let’s see how long that takes!

Great App , Customer Service can improve though
I love this app , it’s very good , my only issue is location , u can’t use this app all across Florida like I expected. I live in Weston Florida (which doesn’t make sense cause that’s definitely apart of Florida) and it doesn’t work at all I drive down to Miami or Hollywood just to place a bet lol , which is both time consuming and gas. Other than that great app definitely recommended and I’m finally happy that we (FLORIDIANS) finally have our own sportsbetting app WOOHOO

Fantastic App, just one issue…
Love the interface of the app, the responsiveness of the chat with customer service and overall a great sports betting app.
Only things I would like to see is push notifications of how bets are doing, cash out options, wins, losses, etc… Lastly, I would love for the iPad version of the app be able to be viewed in both landscape and portrait mode.

Long time come
I’ve been waiting for years for this app to come back it’s been tough not being able to gamble when I want to and it’s unfair to us in Florida to not be able to gamble on our phones considering other states can and not to mention all of the sports betting commercials we have to sit and watch them knowing we can’t bet at all, so thank you HARD ROCK SOOOOO!!! Much 👏👏👏😎

Can I buy points? And I thought I was able to cancel a wager I tried to figure that out I’m not the savviest guy. It is a very simple app to work. Don’t get me wrong. And your promotion for cash back up to $100 I can’t figure out how to apply that? Of the Met glad to see you’re up and running because on December 9 two years ago I got worked big time I was a big one of that day.

Hi! You can take alternate lines for all spread and total markets if you click into the game and expand the Spread or Totals market header. For the up to $100 No Regret Bet, if your first bet loses then you get your funds back as a Bonus Bet. Hope that helps and enjoy!
Check your bank statement carefully
No issues at first and everything was great but then I was charged double for a few deposits. I reached out to customer service and sent screenshots showing my deposit history and charges at my bank. They kept saying to send them bank screenshots like they never saw them. I sent them to three different places. The response was “when you send the screenshots we’ll look into it”. I won’t be trusting them with my bank info again and suggest you don’t either.

App isn’t a scan but is super difficult to withdraw money.
I deposited $500 into the app for the risk free bet and only bet $100 and tried to withdraw and thought it was going through, it says up to 3 days it will be withdrawn. So nothing after the 3 days I contact support and they said I need verification of my account with in total I did twice and sent a month statement of my PayPal that I finally withdrew my money that took about a week of contracting support. I was worried I would never see my money again but it’s just a long process.
Tip: don’t get upset with support it would only slow down the process. I simple said I wanted to bet more on this app so I needed my money withdrawn.

We take account protection seriously, and while we average under 30 minutes for processing withdrawals at the moment, we are concentrated on improving that even further! Unfortunately, sometimes based on your deposit history, withdrawal methods, account history, and various other factors we might have to ask for further information before we're able to proceed to ensure your account is protected. Typically though, once completed, your subsequent withdrawals are able to be processed much quicker! What a waste of time!!!!!!! well, I figured, since it was in the name casino that maybe possibly there would be a casino. There is no casino. What there is is an over secure site that pulls too much information from people for no reason do not do this app I mean, is people have you putting part of your Social Security number in there and require your firstborn children. I think it’s ridiculous and false advertising is absolutely not OK and you have wasted my time and now I am writing this review wasting more time. Thank you and bye thank you I mean not thank you.

That 4.8 stars is definitely fake
Please steer away from putting any time or money into this app. Years ago when it was released, myself and some buddies decided to try it out. I was never able to place my first bet after putting money into the app, it kept saying there was an error and couldn’t process the transaction. After trying again a few times and not being able to place a bet due to errors, I decided to withdraw the funds from my account. This is when my account was suddenly suspended, restricting me from withdrawing the funds I put in. I tried calling the 1-800 number for help, no one ever picks up. All of my buddies ran into the same issue, the app has our money trapped with no way to call for getting it out.

Every app will ask the same
I’ve been doing this for two years, since Michigan went legal. Every book will ask for the ID photos, bills, statements or pictures of you holding your ID based on how you withdraw and deposit. Stop being crybabies and get better bankroll management if you can’t go a a few days for money you were supposed to be depositing to gamble with.
