Ça fait plusieurs semaines que j’ai envoyé un échantillon et toujours pas de suivie l’application ne fonction pas et sur mon compte en ligne aucune mise à jour n’est fait je crois que c’est pas très sérieux ça m’aura coûté 40$ pour le savoir.

started contacting the company, stating no access to the app! they couldn’t care less! just stated don’t worry you will be emailed results! why advertise an app for results for it to be unreliable and unusable! i will not be recommending this app or the company to gain insight into allergies, due to the fact i feel no confidence at present

Won’t Log In
It says loading and then won’t login. Based on other reviews this has been going on for over a year. Time to fix it?
Not able to login
I’m not able to login by the app, but I can login from website . My friend who create account the same time with me is able to login through app but me. We both use IOS, this is not reasonable .

Don’t bother downloading it doesn’t show results or track you order (also DONT trust sensitivity check I bought their package which should’ve come in 3-5 days buts it’s been a month and still haven’t received) complete scam.
