Not ready for prime time.
I guess the app worked for a little while. Now it says it is off-line, and can’t give me any information. I have both Wi-Fi and cellular on. The time set for charging does not work, either. What is the point of a nap that does nothing?
Won’t connect consistently
This won’t connect through Wi-Fi, and I have cellular turned on, but it still won’t connect. When it did connect, it was useful. Not so much now.
1/2 star Unethical Business Practices....
stations payment method never works, saved card means nothing... system takes you to your pay walket and readers never work or connectivity issues... just worthless waste of time and technology... Unethical business practices charged $50.00 for 5 minute charge on a slow basic station..
1/2 star no... never works

Missing essential information
The number one thing I want front a charger is tell me how much battery I have left, and how long it estimates to get to 100%. Okay, that’s two things. But this app does neither. The EVO charger itself does work well, but the app is sorely lacking. The charger that came with the car is better than this.

Disappointing
The #1 reason I have to continually reboot my phone is that this app stops working. It's too bad because it's very functional when it is working.
The App doesn’t onboard your new charger
Gives the same error over and over: unable to login to charger. Please make sure you’re within range and using default credentials.
Either the app doesn’t work or they sold me a used EVSE

Charger Wifi Found but Failed to Connect
Title says it all, dropped an extra $100 on the wifi Charger just for it to not connect. Pretty sure it’s the app too since the charger works fine and I can see the wifi coming off it from my settings.
