Not supported on iPhone16
App crashes and does not open. Please fix this. It’s appalling for a financial institution a basic app cannot function.
Where Did It Go?!?!?
On 3 occasion this month alone, I’ve sent money to person and they have not received the money. The money has not bounced and been returned to my account, yet the money is gone out of my account and the persons I sent it to have not received it, so where did my money go? Absolute nonsense!
This banking app is the worst .
This app needs to be elevated it to much stress to navigate it don’t keep your information you always have to sync that don’t work . Do I always have to walk with a computer to sync Scotiabank app is easier straight forward to use I have been trying to see my account since the day I open this account and is only pain.

App No Longer Launches
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the app refuses to launch. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time and it just does not get to the log in page. Reached out via FB and on the phone and no one could help. As of now I cannot access mobile banking from my iPhone and I live abroad. This is very stressful. Also tried from another iPhone and the result was the exact same.

WORST APP EVER CREATED
Are you all even reading these reviews? You need to go back to the previous version that was available on the website (not an app). This is not user friendly and extremely inconvenient.
The worst app I’ve ever used
It gets stuck at the OTP sync screen and won’t let me log in and check my accounts. And on top of all that you can’t even just go to their website and check your accounts or even call them and get your information. And calling their support hotline gives you no solutions. Next time I’m in Trinidad I’m taking my money out of Republic Bank. What good is a bank app if it doesn’t work and what good is a bank if you can’t check your balance online?

Unable to sync. Continuously timing out.
Republic Bank has been a total disappointment in recent times. From their online banking , to refusing overseas regular CC payments to their app. Come better pls!
Convenient
It’s convenient and works well. Once you use the tools you appreciate its efficiency much more.

No longer works in iOS 16. Also did not like the change in how credit card balances are shown. Do show available credit amounts instead.
