Internet banking is terrible. So many times can not connect or open account on the web.

You don’t even need this app if its going to function like this. We can’t even do anything. The only thing we can do is log in. That’s itttt!!!

I regret to say that my experience with PNB Bank has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only do they fail to respond to emails promptly, but their method of sending OTP to Bhutanese numbers for pin changes is absurd. For those residing in international countries, this poses a significant obstacle in managing their finances. Additionally, transferring money has become a Herculean task, with unnecessary complications at every step. PNB Bank has utterly failed in providing efficient and accessible banking services, making it undoubtedly the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
