Not good as any other bank It keep on giving trouble I have to pay my help hand and the system seems like screwed up again. Get it fix or get over it!!

Kuzu Zangpo la, its been so long that I couldn’t get rid of the app icon badge number.. it keeps on getting add on and I tried every possible ways to check the notifications, reinstalling the app, but it stays the same. Is this only happening to me or the app needs to fix the bug.

Poor customer service

I’m residing abroad and have contacted with bob in multiple ways however they say they are busy and leave between conversation. Their WhatsApp number is of no use, it’s been a week and no response at all
