My experience at Volair -Huyton
I am 73 and been coming to Volair in Huyton,
For 3 weeks, they have really good equipment such as bikes, treadmills, squash courts, sauna, swimming and more, the place is friendly and spotlessly clean, I am really enjoying the sessions and feel a lot better physically and mentally.
It’s a big thumbs up from me

Love the app all up to date programmes available and book online staff and all areas great
Very Basic App
Very basic app (abit like the facilities at Volair).
Can do the basics with app, book a gym class, cancel a gym class, check gym class and pool time tables and that’s about it.
I can swipe my supermarket card electronically but I can’t my gym card. Constantly having purchase replacement cards at £2 a go, a digital card would solve this issue.

The worst app ever !!
* It’s not up to date with payment information.
* The is no visible log in to account.
The app is dated. In fact I gave up, once I tried to log in the 1st time kept kicking me out anyway.

Needs Apple Pay
The way the payment system is programmed, it wont let me autocomplete card details, or use Apple Pay. Please consider adding this function.
Staff excellent
Just wanted to say how all your staff at Huyton and Halewood are so friendly community spirited and professional make my swimming experience a happy time. Well done everyone for the positivity

Love the App , easy to access and so on point.
Volair app
Good starting point but basics app user friendly but should be expand with more functionality ,need to allow the membership card to be stored in the app hence replacing the plastic card
