I get suggestions from Likewise and then see if the book/movie is available on this free app. If it’s not, I check Libby for the audiobook. It’s FREE folks!!! And so easy to navigate!!Tranquil Spirit
App update broke the app
Ever since updating to 1.0.10, my barcode is no longer scanning at the library.Just Froggie
App won’t open on phone!
I used the app one day and the next day it wouldn’t open. Very frustrating.DeweyandAnnie
Unable to link card
This app is useless. Tried to link my card up but as one of the other reviews states, there’s no option to “complete” , it only allows you to type in your info and that’s it.alysonnn17
Unable to link card
Since updating the app, it logged me out of my library account. I go to link it, and it will not link. I have tried both mine and my daughter’s cards. There is no “validate” button, just “done” on the keyboard which does nothing. I have confirmed the numbers and passwords are right, as I use the site often as well. It’s unfortunate, having an app for ease of access was nice while it lasted.Show lessalyssadiehl
Frustrating
I want to renew books. I want to see when books are due. I want to search for books. Etc etc etc. This app stinks and I’m so unhappy with it. Please FIX this. I’ve tried everything install delete reinstall repeatedly.AlbanyMare
Glitchy, unusable
Step one: enter library card number and pin
Step two: click “validate”
Yay my card has been validated! I can start using the app! Oh wait no I can’t because I can’t close out of that screen and get to anywhere else in the app. I can only click endlessly on the “validate” button and get a pop-up notification that my info has been validated.
Deleting and reloading the app doesn’t help. There’s no other way to get off that screen and back into the app.
My borrowing habits have dwindled to zero since the old app went away.Show lessCi0024
