Loved footpatrol apps, lots of good stuff and easy to browse, brought a few items recently and the material are absolutely great 👍, definitely will with this apps again.
Rubbish raffle system and even worse app
The old PayPal raffle was way better, this new system is way easier to bot and do multiple entries and it’s clear this app was not intended to make it any fairer but probably to save costs or as a marketing tool.
The app also needs a reinstall to show new raffles, every time. Hence a rubbish raffle system and the even worse app.

Inexperienced app developers
Customer service doesn’t exist.. they idiot who don’t know their own payment errors AYD14.. no one knows how to fix it lol
Really bad app
Ditched a good system, just to make it more difficult for the users for what reason? Make it UK only! Why do companies always do extra things that aren’t necessary. Don’t think something that’s not broken!

Used to win fairly regular using Footpatrol’s old raffle system. Since they launched the new app not won a single pair!
It used to be UK only entries. Now you can enter from anywhere and no doubt the re sellers will have multiple accounts!
The app is similar to their sister company Size? Launch app and rarely get anything on their too!

JDsports group again
Tried to use this app and it’s useless, unable to use PayPal either with this app which is frankly frustrating and stupid.
Not surprised to discover foot patrol are now part of JDsports group, the lack of interest shown by customer service and the company as a whole has put me off buying on line from this app

Terrible app
Tells me my postcode is wrong
Or something else is wrong
On the lucky chance there’s nothing wrong then it wont let me click next to acc enter my card details
And if i get lucky then i type in my card details n it says there is something wrong

Can’t enter raffles
I’ve entered a couple raffles in the app but now the app keeps popping up with an error every time I try to enter
