I like Colēgia but I don’t like the math I’m in level B and my math is pretty hard but the reading I like it I like teaches you so much and I like the games and the points especially it’s so so so so so so so so so so so cool❤️❤️❤️❤️☺️☺️☺️😄😄😄😃😃😃😃

I had the app for a few months and then I tried to do my homework and it doesn't work it says my colegia ID doesn't exist so now I'm stressing out because tomorrow if my teacher sees my homework incomplete she's going to be mad and if I try explaining she won't listen so I think not to download this app and maybe just use the website.

App doesn’t work
I can log into my account no problem online, but the app keeps telling me the exact same pin I use online, is invalid on the app. I can’t read the website on my phone due to how it’s formatted. So I contact the help desk and their “fix” was to log in on a different device using the website… yes, I know I can do that, I want to be able to also use it on my phone. Why have an app if you are just going to tell me the best way to fix the issue is to use a computer?

Not working
I emailed customer service on Friday due to issues logging in after the latest update. I receive an error messsge that states my email/password is invalid. When I try to reset my password, it says there's no account tied to my email. The app is unusable at the moment.
Prior to this issue, the app stopped sending me notifications even though my notifications are enabled. I don't receive an alert if a teacher or my child sends me a message. I have to open the app to then find the messages. As of now, Colegia hasn't been able to offer a resolution to the issues.

It’s okay
From the parent side of things. I don’t get notifications that our school has posted updates or even the teacher has sent out anything. If I’m waiting for a response from someone and get busy i would expect that feature to work. I check and refresh it says nothing. Then boom 7 messages (within that period i was checking) because there’s a delay in your software oh we just had a lovely update and it kicked me out. Told me my account is invalid. But if i go to the web browser i can log in just fine. It’s the APP! The app isn’t working smoothly unfortunately.
