Website doesn’t work
It’s been several weeks and the website is down. Don’t have much faith in the overall experience if they can’t properly manage a website that relies on e-shopping.
Upgrading App
When I open the app, I get the message “We are upgrading our app”. Seems like I have gotten that message for too long. How long does it take? Not worth waiting this long, I am going elsewhere instead of continuing to wait for them to get this thing working again.

Love supermarket Italy, hate their web app
If you’re going to force people to use your app to shop, you should at least have a decent app. It’s so buggy, it’s virtually impossible to use and I give up after a few minutes. I’m sure you’re losing a lot of sales. So much easier to be able to shop via a browser, but you’ve taken that ability away. It’s annoying—that’s all I can say.
