Limited iPad Abilities
Cannot go full screen on an iPad in multi view. Sometimes it will go full screen when turning the iPad horizontal, but it’s not reliable. We tap around on buttons and eventually it may work. So instead we have tiny video on a large iPad screen and there’s so much wasted space.
Owltron won't connect to Eero or loses it
No problem connecting any other devices to Eero except Owltron. Also loses this later rendering it useless. Definitively not 24/7 support. Based in China and advice isn't great ie common sense stuff you've pbviously tried

Turned up today….downloaded the app…

Up & running in no time at all….
Took a few goes to place the cameras exactly where we wanted them ( but you can view what you’re doing on the phone in real time to get it just right )
Bought a SIM card to record as well as it can record when there is an alert…
Well worth it.

My wife and I got this for our living room so we could watch are pups while at work the quality isn’t as good as it looks in peoples reviews but it is still half decent for the cost! The microphone and speakers are not very good but it definitely gets the job done!

App software/account Company scamming for MONEY
I received the Owltron Pet Camera device set up & August 6th I strangely started receiving emails to my junk mail that were threatening for money and listing my phone number saying they had accessed the webcam threatening for money. , would provide all phones contacts with compromising “images and videos” if bitcoin money (variations of 950, 1950, 950 USD) was not sent to the QR code / BTC Account listed The timeline adds up to EXACTLY when I set up the Owltron pet camera device and THIS APP to my phone / email / internet / Bluetooth.
Send away to my contacts. I’m sure you got lots of images of me fully clothed leaving or coming into my home or ones of my dog jumping onto the couch. Good luck with that!

Server error
Keep getting a server error and cannot get through to anyone or chat
Don’t waste your money
I bought multiple cameras after buying a 2 pack and them working perfectly. After buying more I’ve found most of the cameras have continuous interference/static noises when watching and listening to them live on the app. I also used the 24/7 support for assistance on SD cards, sending screenshots of the exact SD cards I was going to buy and their customer support ensured me these SD cards would work (keep in mind I spent about £160 on these cards as I have 8 of their indoor cameras in total which I wish I hadn’t wasted money on after over half of them having some sort of issue). The SD cards arrived today and they are not compatible in the slightest, they aren’t even close to being the right size. I cannot return the SD cards so a large chunk of money was wasted after trusting what their customer support had said. Don’t waste your time or money.

Owltron cameras and App are just what I needed
Do not hesitate to order their cameras. However you will need to be familiar with IT tech and some patience to learn all that these cameras can do. I have 4 cameras installed in my mom’s retirement home and can monitor what goes on and if anybody is not treating right I have video-audio proof to support my position. I have started to help other families at the retirement home to set-up the cameras in their apartments.
The support that I received for a minor issue was extraordinary. I called their office and a real person answered after 4 rings. Where do you get service like this in this day and age!
