Worst customer service
Everything about this site is good and they’re reliable I can’t lie about that .but they got the worst customer service ever I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with them for more than 48 hours now and they act like it’s nothing
They even leave my message without giving a reasonable answer
And if things continue this way .they customers will start loosing trust in them sooner or later

FAKE RATES
I trade twice on this app and twice they lied about their rates… you could go there with your gift card you see certain rates after many hours of trying to redeem your card what they pay is no where close to what the rate on the app is… it need to change or should i say they are fake
No1 scam app. Run for your life
This is the fakest app ever, trade with them at your own peril. They will take your card, pend trade for hours and cancel the trade and tell you they cannot use card after using all the money on the card. They are the number one scam/rippers of all rippers. Stay away from them.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt - BUT THAT WAS A MISTAKE. Everything was good up until I uploaded a gift card to sell.
Few hours after uploading details; gift card was drained of funds. Customer Support kept telling me “Please exercise patience. We are working on your order.”
Filed complaint with FTC.

This people are scammers, don’t trade with them. I traded a visa gift card of $60 on their app which the rate shows 670/$ and I ought to get #40,200 and they credited me #9,200. Stay away from their platform, they’re thieves. They are there to steal from you. If you want a successful trade stay away from GcBuying
